Our Process

  • All of our searches include an array of team-based communications that include a pull-up meeting, slate presentation calls, interview debrief calls, process management calls, offer extension calls, transition management calls and more.
  • We personally recruit IT candidates from our database by using state-of-the-art spidering technology for network- and market-sourced campaigns.
  • We produce a new roster of fully-developed, profile-fitting candidates based on our Candidate Assessment Tool and Structured Interview Guide as well as the search metrics every three weeks until search completion
  • We provide comprehensive support to both our candidates and clients throughout the search process including but not limited to scheduling, travel arrangements, candidate preps and debriefs, client preps and debriefs, site visits and other.
  • We complete a candidate “pre-close” on candidates, including a side-by-side, total compensation profile for both the current compensation package and the desired compensation package prior to extending the offer.
  • We closely counsel and monitor every offered candidate until hiring to ensure a smooth, no-counter-offer risk transition.
  • We provide post-hire support for the first 90 days of employment to ensure a smooth and effective assimilation.

Attention to Detail

  • We assign an integrated three-person search team to every search that consists of a recruiting director/manager, managing partner/relationship manager and research/marketing manager.
  • We functionally aligned recruiting teams with nationwide networks and candidate databases that are tailored to their specific needs.
  • We produce candidate marketing packets with job description, hiring authority bio, executive bios, company financials, annual reports, recent press releases and location/area information and profiles that specific to the search or company.
  • We utilize our Candidate Assessment Tool (C.A.T.) for pre-screening.
  • We interview and screen every candidate for competency and chemistry using a position-specific Structured Interview 
Guide (SIG) via high-definition video.
  • We track every candidate we assess for a given search, sharing the results with our clients during the process via weekly email and/or scheduled calls.
  • We provide targeted and structured background checks on every desired candidate to gather information on past performance, knowledge, skills, strengths, developmental needs, social styles and other specific client concerns.
