We believe that continuous improvement only comes when companies and individuals make the time and resource commitments to continuously learn. As a result, we hold company-wide quarterly developmental offsites to provide TCG-IT Team members with uninterrupted, focused, tangible, measurable, impactful and industry-leading training and development. We also come together and synergize as a team through organized team-building events. We are very proud of this commitment to continuous learning and improvement and know of very few other companies that includes their entire team in quarterly developmental sessions.
